“Do not use this company! I had multiple problems with them. They were not available to come out in between my regular scheduled services like promised. I had to deal with the technicians themselves and they claimed to not be able to come in a timely manner. Calling the office was no better. I have been trying to have them have a manager call me and after repeated calls and emails no one has contacted me. They have billed me for a service that was not completed and refuse to revise my bill or have a manager call me. Get the OTC products and take care of it yourself. Its not worth the hassle of dealing with a company with such poor customer service. I am more then willing to pay my bill, but not when the service was never completed.”
