“I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this office. I signed a contract with one of their employees, Barry Hackman and gave them 45 days of time to see if their service is good. It turned out that they were not as good as they claimed to be. So I called the guy to cancel the policy and I was told that it was canceled according to Barry Hackman. But then a few days later another guy from Home Paramount showed up at my house, walked around my house not even notifying me about what he was doing and left me a bill. I called Hackman and told him that the policy was cancelled so why would this guy come to my house and leave me a bill. Hackman told me that the policy was cancelled and that he would get back to me but he never called back. Then I got a bill through the mail and called him again and he said he would get back to me (again) but of course he didn't. So I called their corporate number and I was told by a lady that the policy was STILL there (this was very upsetting since Hackman had been lying about the cancellation all the time). The lady told me that she would cancel the policy and remove the charge immediately. But a month later, I got a collection bill from the company which showed me that they were now just plain CHEATING. So I called the corporate office again and was told that the policy was STILL THERE. I told the lady at the phone that the never-ending cancellation of the policy WAS MAKING ME SO FRUSTRATED that I asked whether I should start recording the calls for proof of how many times I have tried to cancel the policy. The lady told me that she would most definitely cancel the policy and remove the charge. I hope she's telling the truth....”

“I cannot tell you how furious I am with this company. First of all I was sick the day before they were initially supposed to come and we called to reschedule and they charged us 75 dollars even though it doesn't say on our paperwork there's a fee for that. Then the lady I talked to on the phone told us that we needed to remove things from our house that our clothes nothing could be on our carpet. So we rented a u haul truck. When the lady got to our place not only were we told we didn't need the u haul we were told out stuff could stay on the carpet in the middle of the room. So we are out of 30 dollars for our u haul rental and 75 for the fee. Why doesn't the company give us proper information? My leasing office gave us better info and answered our questions correctly. Will never use this company again. (Our Lady Theresa was very nice and did an exceptional job.(”
