“Needed work with Birds in one of my vents. The work got done. But got ripped off by the inspector. Buyer beware. During the inspection, he stated he had to charge me extra since he had to kill the birds humanely if there are any. However, when the workers did the job, all the birds flew out of the nest. No birds were killed. Called the inspector to readjust the bill, but all he said was "sorry I cant do that." Terrible customer service!”

“I wish I could leave ZERO stars! Home Paramount cut the electricity to our garage, while installing a termite bait system, 2 weeks ago and we are still without electricity. After half a dozen calls to managers and customer service, we are no further than we were upon first discovering the issue. Lies, lies and more lies. I'm tired of excuses and being told something different everytime we call. They had no problem taking our money but now they don't want to do anything to help us. If you want the run around, call Home Paramount. If you want horrible customer service, call Home Paramount. Needless to say, we will not renew our service!”

“Home Paramount deserves a big fat (O). My husband and I were selling our home to a relative and needed a termite inspection. I thought I saw termites, so I had them come to our home. They did an inspection and told us we had no termites, we were happy. My relative moved in and found out they had termites and termite damage, and they got angry with us. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN...NEVER, NEVER....”
