“In a word , INCOMPENT!! After arriving late (1.50 hours) they did not apologize or even give a decent excuse. Two "gentleman " arrived to help us with a flea problem . Neither of them could decide what chemicals to use and did not seem trained at all. Then after only treating the basement they said they had to go and "might" be back tomorrow!! 4 Phone calls later the same two idiots showed up and the fleas have gotten worse! Now they want another $300+ dollars to come and re spray ! I had no choice so I had to pay for second treatment and yet still horrible fleas (not to mention they showed up drunk or high )! I found a small family owned extermination company in Barrington for $145 for first trip and $75 for respray and THANK GOD my life is back to normal no fleas anywhere , not a single 1 ! So buyer beware with these guys”
