“Made two different appointments with them to do my annual treatment. They never showed up and never called to cancel or say they couldn't make it. I would not recommend a company that cannot keep their appointments or even have the courtesy to call. I will set up my treatments with someone who will show up.”

“I had a terrible experience with H & H. The service has been good, but the secretary or whoever runs the office is EXTREMELY rude and was horrible on the phone. She spoke poorly of a customer that has used them for years. She refused to give me any information, and any question I had she had an attitude instead of answers. I actually had a a friend call back to cancel the service because the woman hung up on me, for no reason! Then after trying to cancel service she was even more rude and ugly to my friend, and then hung up on her as well. I told a neighbor about the experience and when she called to schedule an annual termite inspection on a different day, the same woman was horrible to her, and she was the one who recommended them to me! She ended up cancelling her service with them, and going elsewhere. And since then multiple people have had the same experience with this woman, and have chose to go elsewhere. Like I said, the problem is not with the service that the guys provide in the field, but there is a MAJOR customer service problem. Whoever this woman is that answers the phones and schedules is horrible with customers and is losing them business!”

“We like to use locally owned businesses but this one really needs work on their customer service. Very unorganized, never return calls, get appointments confused, etc. I hope they can get some office management so they can stay in business.”
