“I called this company to take care of a bee problem that I had and and not even 2 months later the bees came right back. They are now wanting to charge me again to get rid of them because there work is not Guaranteed. I was told by a very rude girl who is the sister of the owner that this was my fault because I did not plug the hole after they left even though I was told to let the hive dry out. I will not be using this company for anything else and I will definitely let everyone I know about the poor customer service.”

“Very unprofessional company. I was told 6 years ago when I first started having them come out to my home, that a man owned the company and his daughter worked for him. The first 4 years were pretty good until the 5th year came around and the other daughter apparently started working there as well. She is very rude, disrespectful, and hateful. I have would schedule appointments and they would never show. This is the 2nd year this has happened. All other years when the techs would come out they would call me, let me know they were there, and then proceed with the job they were schedule to do, which is to spray for termites under the home. Now from what I gathered when I called Tuesday there is a possibly another lady that works there. She is who I spoke with to scheduled for someone to come out 5/17/2017. No one showed. I called and left a message that day around lunch to make sure someone was still coming because of the issue I had last year with them and no one showing. I called again when I got off work because no one had called me back yet. No answer. Finally I called again at lunch on Thursday the day after they were suppose to be there and the rude daughter told me that I was on the schedule for today and they would be there around 5p.m. I was home shortly after 5p.m. and apparently had by passed the tech that came to my house. When I called this morning Friday to see what happened because I was left to believe no one showed again with the lack of communication from this company and its workers. She explained to me that the tech went out and knocked and described things about my home. Which were correct. I proceeded to ask why did he not call or just do his job and spray that I did not need to be home for him to do that like the past years she proceeded to tell me that this tech leaves if no one is home. When I was told from the jump that I did not have to be home and never was when they job was done. She ended up hanging up on me and then when I called back she never answered and I called back to back to back to back.”

“I had a few different appointments scheduled and no one showed up. I called to complain and the owner promised me she would have someone come free of charge. Again no one showed. I called again and explained how unprofessional it was and how I had to leave work. The owner told me "she had stuff to do to" and hung up on me.”
