“First I was told by the technician Tom that the 90day warranty would begin AFTER our third treatment. Then when I called them following our third treatment, I was told that my warranty was up as it started from the first treatment. I continually asked Tom this in our initial meetings and he ensured me that it starts after. Then after our second treatment, we discovered that the technician treating our house went through my drawer as some of my items were found in weird places in other rooms. Don’t trust the technician to be alone in your house, and walk through the house with them as they treat it.”
