Richard offered consultation directly over the phone as to mitigation procedures and described two non-chemical approaches to controlling this pest. He was so gracious with his time and shared information, I asked him what the chemical treatment would be. He described a natural product derived from Chrysanthemums to treat the edges of the room and mattress--a product that is already widely used for humans (for lice) and animals (for flees). I was and am very satisfied with this exchange of information that I would definitely use their services.”
