“Cant say enough good things about this company! They were clean, quick, affordable, and got the job right (which wasn't the same for the other company I tried that I won't name here)! The owner has a wealth of knowledge and really goes above and beyond to get the job done. We planted a vegetable garden this year and live by a field, but never realized until our veggies started showing up with bites out of them that we had rodents visiting our yard. I am terrified of rats and couldn't even bare the thought of one sneaking into my house. The company came and explained to me areas that rats and other rodents can get into around the house and explained how the job would be done. The owner really took the time to explain the process and I felt like I was a rodent specialist after talking with him and learning about the process. The company came and sealed up any holes around my deck and house that rodents could possible enter and set traps to catch the ones that were sneaking onto our property. One of the servicemen came by daily to check and gather the traps which was nice because I didn't have to worry about seeing or smelling something I didn't like. After all the traps were collected my problem seemed to disappear. Since Got Rats has come there are no more critters sneaking bites and I am the only one left to enjoy my garden. Job well done and I can't speak highly enough about them. I hope this review helps you as much as they helped me!”

“Paid a 3 year $3600 warranty but no one answers the phone and we have problems. Are they still in business? The owner is responsive if he shows up, but the father of the owner is difficult to deal with and unwilling to do the work requested. If they are still in business would love to hear why they don't answer the phone”
