At first, our appointment time had passed & there was no communication. I contacted them and things got into motion quickly despite them being overloaded for that day. Lu arrive & was absolutely fantastic! Great person for sure & addressed what needed to be done here despite him having a very long day. We discovered that we had rats living under our house and put an inquiry in late last night. LaKiesha called us first thing in the morning and got us scheduled for pest control the same day! Kevin was our tech and he did a thorough job with spraying, setting bait traps, and explaining what to expect for the rat extermination process. He is getting us scheduled with their inspector so that they can determine the best way to fill in the rat holes by our foundation. They have the best service and prices, I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

Fox Pest control was wonderful. I called them on Thursday afternoon about a wasp issue in our chimney. They were able to get someone out the next day. Our Technician Paul was able to come early Friday morning and did a wonderful job of explaining the process to me and my husband and answering any questions we had.
