Got our first service today from Antonio. He was great! Came right on time, went over my concern areas for the yard and treated it throughly. Also he handed me my heavy package that was at my doorstep, so thoughtful! The sales rep Jamie was also very friendly the day prior and got us booked less than 24 hours after chatting. You can tell whomever is hiring and running the company is doing a great job looking out for respectful employees to bring in. It's too soon to speak to the results of the treatments but I look forward to it. Hoping we can have more enjoyable nights outdoors for the remainder of summer!

I met Tech Braxton for the Initial Service Visit and was pleased with our meeting. We had rain during the day and yesterday. Nonetheless, she was able to treat some of the mulch beds and the base of the foundation around our home, in addition to windows, door ways and entry points to keep ants and other insects away as the rain had abated enough to do this. The other activites (deck, shed and inside the home) were rescheduled for a dryer day. I appreciated this flexibility.

Left a message a Friday evening to get a quote for rodents for my 3 family. The salesperson Alice called me that same day which I was surprised. Seemed extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about what they would do. Based on what she explained the price and services seemed reasonable and I signed the contract. I made the appointment to have my tenants home for the inspection and treatment and I also went. The day of the appointment the tech shows up and says "the appointment today is for mice? I don't have any traps or any items to do the job". He was very nice and apologized the lack of service and said the reps are in Utah and should know not to schedule mice appointments during the beginning of the month because the techs normally don't have supplies. But he also admitted when he saw the appointment was for mice he didn't communicate with them letting them know he didn't have any supplies. He left saying to reschedule. I was astounded. Before he left, I told him why was the appointment made today then? Why did he come? We all took time to be here to wait for him. I was so frustrated I called the company and cancelled my contract right there and went with another company. Thank goodness I didn't pay anything before the appointment. The sales reps seem so nice and knowledgeable but when it comes to actually performing the service it was a big let down.

We had Shara Braxton come out and service our yard today for a tick/flea/mosquito treatment. I was unbelievably pleasantly surprised with how thorough she was with the application. This tech went above and beyond in my opinion - we have been part of the fox family for a year now and while we haven't been unsatisfied this tech definitely brought my satisfaction to a thousand percent! The tech called me a few times during the day just to make sure that the time the appointment was was still going to work and to get details about my yard and what needed to be done. Upon arrival the tech took the time to go through the backyard with me and listen to my concerns and assure me the services would take care of those concerns. The tech even took extra time to answer questions about services that weren't taking place today but I had questions about. If I could give this tech 20 stars I would! Despite having two small children after the tech left I made time to call in and give this tech the praise that they deserved to their managers. ( Also to request that this is my regular tech 😅 )

This was our first inspection with Fox , do to mice problems Roberto , the tech they sent was excellent.He listened as we addressed our issues. He gave us reason why we would have mice and how to control them Roberto was very knowledgeable. Even took pictures to show me where he found entry points I hope we can Have Roberto do all our Follow ups and inspections At this point I am throughly impressed with Fox and definitely there Tech Roberto

We have an old field stone basement that has been accumulating rodent poop, squirrel nuts, pee in the insulation… just yuck. First, Spencer came and took a look. He suggested a deep clean of the basement and to seal up the holes. He was incredibly knowledgeable and spent a ton of time with us. Not to mention a friendly guy! Then, Matt, Zach, and John came completed the entire project in one day. They were also super friendly and professional. They did an amazing job, and I’m now not scared to go into the basement!

Fox pest sent technician Michael Horn out for my service. He was deeply knowledgeable, very personable, and confident in his work. All work was completed in a timely and well communicated manner. I am happy with his work and would use fox pest again.

Just had our initial service with David - he was extremely knowledgable and nice. He made sure we felt comfortable with the treatment around our baby and pets and that we understood not only what he was doing that day but also what the next few months may look like. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE FOX PEST! UPDATE: Despite Fox Pest replying to my review and saying they reached out, I have called numerous times and get the same “someone will reach out.” They damaged my house on two occasions now and deny all wrongdoing. PLEASE read rest of my review so they don’t do this to anyone else but look elsewhere for bug control! I have a natural wood door at my home and the chemicals that Fox sprayed over the summer left a white coating everywhere they sprayed. When i tried to wipe the white coating off, the varnish finish was flaking underneath. I called Fox and a tech came out and they were not sure what caused the white residue but we agreed for them to continue service but were not supposed to spray the door. A few weeks later they came out for the next quarterly treatment and sprayed the wood doors YET AGAIN! With the varnish flaking from the previous visit, now the chemical starting eating through the stain. This occurred in June and I have been trying to get someone from the company to give me a call back for MONTHS. This is also the second time that they have done damage to my house, previously it was a scratched window pane. I provided Fox with all pictures as well as videos from my security cameras evidencing the damage and the spraying, and I cannot get a phone call back. They originally tried saying that none of their chemicals would cause such damage. However, I have pictures and videos of the door immediately before they sprayed and a day later when the white residue appears. Tough to lie in 2025 with all the technology we have! Beware!!!
