Casey does a great job. Upon arrival, Casey always asked if I have concerns. She gladly takes care of. She’s always friendly and considerate and notify me when she’s on her way.

Not only does Fox keep the creepy crawlers from coming inside, they send Casey to do the job!! She is very thorough and will go above and beyond, even if you accidentally let your dog outside and scare her! I appreciate her service and her effective communication!!

We began using Fox for home preventative treatment after noticing a lot of spiders outside and around the house. Evan was fantastic. He was very prompt and thorough.

Always happy with services given through Fox Pest Control. They are always adamant and on time with appointments and treatment cycles and willing to help if I ever have any questions or concerns. Casey in particular is very professional and kind! Always gives me a heads up with plenty of notice in case I will not be home for inside\outside treatments. The follow up as well after treatment is also great! Always makes me feel my home is taken care of and my needs are actually being listened to and handled.

Very poor scheduling/customer service skills. Technician Tim was great. Don’t forget the $250 cancelation fee they’ll charge you once you say you’re unhappy with them.

Fox Pest Control has a great subscription service and home servicing model. You pay an annual or monthly subscription fee and get quarterly pest inspections and treatments, along with a technician that will come out and service your home if there is an issues throughout the year. Evan has serviced my home a few times and is always very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in his treatments. I have not had any other issues since they started treating my home. I would recommend their services to all of my friends and neighbors!

I want to take this opportunity to thank one of your employees (Casey) for her great customer service. She is very thoughtful and knowledgeable in her work. I love the fact that she notifies before and after her work is completed and makes sure we are satisfied with her performance. Thanks again Casey. Hoyt Chaney

Casey is the best! I love when she comes to service my house! She makes sure to ask if anything needs special attention and the conversations with her are so easy! Definitely one of the top people to show up!

Evan was amazing—professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. We walked through the property together, and I pointed out all of the problem areas. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really helped me understand the process. I truly appreciated his patience and thoroughness. Excellent service!
