Today Christopher Riebman provided us with excellent service, taking great care of our front and back yard. His professionalism and attention to detail, especially educating us on how to handle or post treatment tips were fantastic. These folks are a credit to the company. Great, reliable service every time.......Jonathan Leake is a professional and made sure both the front and back yard were taken care of properly. I really appreciate the attention to detail especially backyard over the fence and the great service. Also previous couple times Jonathan Ewing was here to treatment and he also did a very professional job covering all the areas.

There has been a noticeable decline in ant movement and sightings. The last two visits have been very beneficial. Toni and Caleb treated the home and barn area. There has been no indication of ants inside the home and the barn area has decreased significantly. I removed leaves and debris from the perimeter of the house which seemed to eliminate ant traffic. I can't remember such a dramatic decrease in the 38 years we have lived here.

My husband, in sales himself, was won over by Robbie and agreed to a one year contract with Fox. Robbie was such a polite, professional, and personable young man and was respectful of our time especially considering we work from home. Quite the salesman himself, Robbie succinctly detailed the services offered and negotiated a fair price. Kaleb, our tech, showed up at the stated time and was also very friendly and explained the application process and timetable well, including whether the incoming rain would affect our first application negatively or not. Time will tell, but we’ll give Fox and friends a year to prove they can deliver.

I chose to work with Fox Pest Control because we have had problems with different kinds of bees in the past. Talking with the technician, he was very knowledgeable about this subject and explained to me how the bees were thinking. I liked that. The pricing was appropriate as I was paying close to the same just for service for just bee control. The technician Jonathan spent a good hour at my house both inside and outside. I was very impressed how detailed he was. He did not just walk around and touch a sponge to a bunch of corners. Jonathan paid more attention to our problem areas as I asked. The team has also committed to come back to treat any other areas that may be observed around our house and pool as we are sitting outside this season. I do not need spiders nesting inside of my house in hidden areas, and Bees around our house can be aggressive and that's no good for our kids. I feel good about making this decision to treat our property after observing the technician Jonathan doing his work. The follow up was also very detailed. I enjoyed our conversation and did not just feel like I was being sold something I did not need.
