Connor from Fox was cold-knocking one day here in Bayville, and since meeting him, I was convinced I had chosen the right company for my pest control. The price is right, and the service is great. Very easy payment system, too. The pest problem has been steadily getting worse here: my Glen Cove property (20 years owned) has practically become a petting zoo of various wildlife!! My Bayville property (11 years owned) has roaches that haven’t been spotted here in 15 years. I have always heavily invested in pest control for my Queens properties as a necessity. But now Pest Control is the future here on LI, and I highly recommend to every homeowner to please consider this as part of their “new normal” budget. It has only improved my quality of life. I have cats and this service is entirely pet-friendly!

I reluctantly contracted for annual program mainly to deal with an ant issue; specifically concerned about carpenter ants. Fox has scheduled and arrived for the quarterly visits as promised. As this is the time of year the ants usually emerge, I am hoping to see an improvement from prior years. A special shout out to my technician Joseph F. Joseph is polite, friendly and appears very thorough in doing his job. Companies are only as good as the people they have on the front lines and Fox is lucky to have a tech like Joseph. As I have completed my one-year agreement I will evaluate continuing the service based upon results this spring.

I had a great experience from this company the minute I called the customer service. They had someone at my house for inspection within hours. They explained everything and took their time. Their technician follow up visits have been very productive as well. Both techs have been really great so far too! They answer all my questions and phone calls. Since service I have already seen improvements in my home. They are reliable, professional, and really care about their customers. This technician was delightful to work with. She came in a timely fashion preceded by a phone call to let me know when she was coming. She followed my directions as to the areas of my concerns. She was professional and respectful and hands down a better experience than the last technician. My only issue was that she left the back gate open and when I let my dog out I didn't realize it, and my dog got out.
