I dont usually leave reviews but after a competitor company of Fox Pest Control (Romex Pest) came out and was so terrible at trying to sell their service, I had to leave them a bad review. I felt it only fair that I also left you guys a review. Jordan came out to my neighborhood a few weeks ago to sell pest control service and in hindsight I realise how well he handled the sale. He gave exactly the information I needed with none of the fluff. He answered every question I had honestly (iv already recived the service so I can attest to the accuracy) and direct. At first I was not sure if I was going to go with the company so I let Jordan know that I would need some time to think about it. He gave me no fuss about not deciding right then and there, just gave me some info and told me to let him know ASAP of my decision. We did end up signing up with them. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the tech that came out to perform the service but I was home and he provided service just the way you would want. He came to the door to let me know he was there and then went to work. He was thorough and did everything Jordan said they would do without issue and then let me know he was finished. This is the first pest control company iv used but im happy I went with them. Thanks Jordan.

The owner came by to let us know about their services and we were sold. Recently we needed some pest control for moths and Sara our technician came out. She has such a lovely spirit and also does evening time slots when we are off work. Our moth problem seemed to disappear in no time and she came back out to bring more treatment. Great customer service!

Upon arrival , he introduced himself and asked if we had any particular issues for him to address. He was courteous and completed his work efficiently.
