I am not satified. I still have cobwebs and spider nests on my house. When I spoke with James earlier in the day to sign my contract, he assured me you guys would tale care of that. I signed a 2 year contract! Can I please get someone out here soon to rectify this? Thanks so much!

Had them take insulation out and blow in new insulation. They show up with two guys only. The manager name Derrick was outside all the time with the machine and the other guy was in the attic the entire time. They told me that they were done and when I took a peek there was a lot of old insulation still in the attic. The guy when and clean it again and he seem very tired. Derrick didn’t care and he was still outside. The other guy continue and then they told me they were done. I took a peek again and a big pile of old insulation was still left. I ask them to take that out and they responded that there were nails. I mean the roof has nails yes but they didn’t have proper equipment to be in the attic on the first place. The guy was wearing plastic gloves and a mask. He made it seem like an impossible corner to reach. But it had the same height as the rest of the house. At the end he took some out and left some in. Seems to me that if I didn’t say anything they would not even done the work that they did. The Derrick guy didn’t even check to make sure that the attic was looking good and he is the manager. I also thought they were going to seal entry points in the attic but they were so ready to be done. I would not recommend going with them. Try a different contractor.

Jacob has come out to do my pest control twice now, he always goes above and beyond and is super kind. He did a great job, we had spiders and wasp nests all over our exterior and after a visit from him they are all gone.
