Our Tech Charris Green has come to our address multiple times now and does great. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Had this business come help treat a wasp problem and the treatment has been doing a great job so far which relieves my fears of our dog getting stung thinking the wasps are her play toy. In addition we recently had Fox Pest Control come out again for a separate treatment for the tick and mosquitoes problem in our heavily wooded yard and now we can spend time outside without getting swarmed by those blood suckers that seem to like me more than the average visitors. We feel the price we were quoted was fair for the positive results we are experiencing thus far and would definitely recommend this business. Appreciate the great communication received when calling them. No long wait times when calling their office and the representatives over the phone and in person were excellent with understanding our needs and encouraging I call if i have any other questions or concerns. Great team work by all.

Eduardo Garcia (the technician who visited us) to take care of the mice problem was knowledgeable, courteous, and very personable. He took time to listen to us and go around the house (inside and outside) to put baits, glue boards, copper mesh, etc. Eduardo's services were excellent! Benjamin Frost did a follow up visit in a couple of days as Eduardo ran out of baits due a shipment not arriving as scheduled. Ben was great too but one thing that the company can improve upon is sending the same technician for follow up visits. This would ameliorate the need for going over the problem all over again with a new technician. Eduardo planned to put a few more baits in places that we forgot to mention to Ben and those baits were not placed. Having said that, it is understandable that the company serves a wide geographic area and may not be able to assign the same person to the same customer. We have quite a mice problem and so we are scheduled for a two week follow up visit during which time I plan to request putting the other baits. Overall, we are very happy with the services and would highly recommend Fox Pest Control.

This is the BEST company! We had a mice situation and had no idea the extent of it. The three guys we dealt with could not have been more professional, kind, informative and hard working. From day one when the inspector (JOHNNY GRIFFIN) came to our house and took pictures and explained everything so well and we knew we made the right choice with this company. Then SETH DANCA came to do the work, and let me tell you it was a lot of work. He is such a hard worker. Explained everything he was doing and always went above and beyond. Some of the job required two people and BRANDON FOISEY was the other person. And he was just as hardworking, friendly and informative as Seth. I really can’t talk enough about this company and the three men that came to rescue us from these dang mice! If you want a good company with good workers definitely call them! Thank you Johnny, Seth and Brandon for all your hard work.

Opened a new two year contract with these people on 10/18/25 and the rep gave complete assurance they could come out today, Monday 10/20/25 between 5:30 and 6pm. Got a call today letting me know they could not honor their word and they would not be able to come out. I had already rearranged my evening to accommodate this only to find out what happened was essentially bait and switch to get the contract. I then got this text: Hello, this is Ethan with Fox Pest Control. I apologize for the inconvenience but we will be unable to honor a 5:30 time slot for today. If you wish to cancel your contract I can make a note to get that processed and any charges that may have been made reversed, or I can get you scheduled on a Saturday during our service hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm. I’m sorry for the mixup but during our fall and winter seasons we don’t have an approved service window for that time slot. To which I responded with this: If you can’t keep your word now i have zero confidence you will be able to in the future. Refund all charges and cancel the contract. It’s mind numbing to me that you would literally throw a two year contract and ongoing business away over this. I manage 20 people and if any of my employees make a promise then we honor it, period, then talk through how we don’t make the same mistake again. That your company would literally throw business away and not follow-through on your words speaks volumes. Any company that employs a bait and switch tactic like this, will not keep their word, and would rather throw a customer away because they refuse to actually follow-through with what they say, like I said in my response above speaks volumes about who they are and how much integrity they have a company. Would never recommend these guys, strongly suggest looking elsewhere with a more reputable business.
