I am always impressed with Fox Pest Control and their technicians that come to perform the service. Always on time for appts, flexible to meet my schedule and immediate pest needs as they sometimes come up. Very courteous and professional. Service is effective and pet safe. The technicians always announce their arrival, if you are not home through Ring or phone and check with you for any concerns you may have. Afterwards there is always a followup of what they found and how it was addressed. I highly recommend Fox Pest Control .

This company is the most unreliable pest control company I've ever dealt with. We make appointments and they don't show up. We arranged our day to make sure someone is at the house not. Knowing when during the 4 hour spread they will arrive, then they don't show and don't call. One they told us we didn't make an appointment. They gladly took the $270.00 my daughter paid them. But we still have bugs and they aren't living up to the contract. This has been a very frustrating experience. Don't hire them.

Absolutely amazing company!!! I cannot say enough, good things about them. They are truly amazing. They are cost effective and their technicians do great work. Especially Technician Naarai! He has excellent customer service skills. He was friendly and had great energy. He was thorough and really explained everything well. He answered all of my questions and helped me to understand the process. We are now pest free! Thank you to all who helped us. We are truly grateful.
