“Dominic is rare. Usually I'm let down and skeptical of companies with all 5 star glowing reviews, but he deserves every single one of them. He was transparent, kind, and generous with his time. We've been having a mouse issue in our rental, so I called Dominic last week. He was extremely nice, was clear about what he was able to do as well as his fee structure. ($140 initial estimate, which goes towards the final amount.) My husband set up an appointment with him for today. He gave a pretty decent time estimate for when he would arrive. When he came, it was right to business, he went through the apartment and found 3 primary areas that needed to be amended, but said that they were not areas he could reach. He offered to set the traps (we decided not to because we have a toddler) but wouldn't take any payment because he was 'just offering advice'.”

“First thing that I have to say about Dominic is how charismatic he is, what a personality! We were having an issue with roaches and he agreed with the land lord to come over and check out the situation. When he got here the was a freak gathering of crows... they were creating a mighty racket! He somehow managed to quiet them down with a few crows of his own... amazing! I had a couple samples of the bugs, which he was over the moon about! Apparently it's a new un-classified roach! He was very straight forward and honest, there was really nothing he could really do. He gave us some sticky baits and didn't charge us for his time. It's rare to find someone with such amazing integrity. Thanks Dominic!”
