“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Stick with a reputable company like Antimite. I scheduled an inspection for a property I had in escrow and they did not do the inspection on the scheduled date. I called the next day to get the report and was told they were not able to inspect the property. I asked why no one called me to tell me that and they had no good answer and just apologized. They rescheduled for the next day and completed inspection. We scheduled repairs for a Monday between 10-12. I drove by the house on said Monday at 4:30pm and they had not completed the work. I called and they apologized yet again and said the work would be done first thing Tuesday morning and I would have the clearance by the afternoon. Well, surprise surprise no one showed up on Tuesday either and now they are telling me they will do it Wednesday morning. They did offer to send me the clearance without the work being done so I could forward to escrow and the other agent. How nice of them, huh? Willing to lie and have me lie with them. What a joke! I was told 30 minutes ago I would get a call back in 10 minutes but still nothing. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. AGENTS BE AWARE!!!!”
