I think I called on Tuesday, and by Saturday the problem had been taken care of! The exterminator was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He was quick also. They gave me a discount just for having the tech come on a Saturday too! Pleasant surprise. I was worried that it would be a one year contract, since my lease ends in June, but you can cancel at any time with no charge. Furthermore, if you see a pest between treatments, they will come out and take care of it for you! I also think this is the most affordable exterminating company of all the places I looked into.”
