“The general manager, Marcus, is very RUDE. They say their services are "guaranteed" but we continued to see roaches within the 75 day time frame between sprays (side note; we are very clean people and we saw about ten very alive and well roaches in the 3 month time period between sprays). When I called to talk to a supervisor about what their "guarantee" means I was met with Marcus being uninformative, defensive and telling me that I was bound to see a few bugs. I would not do business with this company again and I would suggest to others to take their business to any other pest management company in Brenham before going to Entec.”
