“2 weeks ago I called Economy Exterminators to have our new house we just moved into treated for roaches. For over 2 months we had been trying everything we could to get rid of them and they kept on coming back. Paul came the following day after calling and inspected the house. He was not only very thorough but also very professional and put us at ease on his company being able to handle the situation. He addressed all of our concerns and took his time to be sure we understood the process. The following business day his associate Mo came to our house and treated our house. He was extremely professional as well and explained what he was going to do and addressed our concerns about having a toddler in the house and exposure to the chemicals. Although it has only been about a week and they said it would take about 3 months to get rid of the roaches completely, we have only seen 2 inside the house since then. Whereas, before we would see on average 2-3 per day. Needless to say, we are very happy with their customer service and results thus far. I called around and had other inspectors come for an estimate and it was horrible, to say the least. The other company turned away our business saying that there was no way we could ever get rid of roaches since our house was built on a swamp! I would highly recommend Economy Exterminators to anybody looking for a great exterminator.”
