“The inspector that came to the house was very professional, nice and seemed to go through everyplace where you might find the termites. Then the follow up crew that exterminated the creatures did a great job in following what the inspector noted on his report plus more if they noticed that there might be some areas that the inspector may have missed. I think his name was Esom and he was very knowledgeable and very thorough. “Ok, so it's summer time and the bugs are creeping at the doorways trying to invade our home. And the spiders...well they must be sniffing their own press from the blockbuster at the box office because they're showing up in forces ready to move our house down the block. Hearing my daughter SCREAM once about a small black spider is bad enough, but twice in the same week. YIKES!!! So, we called a company we had never used before...Ecola Termite & Pest Control. WOW! are they good...Their office staff was so darn polite. Almost made me feel guilty when I got the price and wanted to shop it... ...I said almost. But with the discount they're offering through our favorite radio station KKLA they were very competitvely priced. In fact...for the level of politeness and flexibility when changes needed to be made...not to mention their field service...they might be just a little on the cheaper side of things. You usually don't get this kind of stellar service from plain old folks who just spray bugs for a living... that is, I guess, unless you're dealing with Ecola Temrite & Pest Control. Bottom line: they saved me money, were very professional and polite, provided a great pest control service and in the end...I found all kinds of dead little bugs outside my house today and that's what its all about.
