“We were having problems with noises in our attic and then one day I popped my head up the attic opening and saw a huge raccoon which ran to the other side of the attic. We then started hearing noises in our attic. I set my own trap and tried to catch it but no dice. So we called several Pest Control and Rodent Removal companies. The first company came out and charged us to get an estimate and were very expensive. We called a couple of other companies and got some advice then called DM Pest Control. They gave us a very reasonable price range and very competitive, so competitive we were hesitant to hire them. But when Joseph came out and gave us a free estimate and he was very professional, nice and honest. We decided to try them and Joseph did a great job and caught the raccoon babies and helped patch up the hole. He was very professional and personable. “I was having a major fire ant issue in the backyard. We have a filled-in pool and they seemed to love it! We have a playscape on top of the filled-in pool and the fire ants were everywhere. I had finally reached my limit when I was out pushing my daughter on the swing and the fire ants began attacking my legs. I called DM Pest Control on the recommendation of a friend. Jeffrey answered the phone and he was really nice. He said he could take care of the issue. He recommended the three-month guarantee rather than the one-year guarantee since we are close to winter (hopefully!) Awesome since the three-month option is cheaper! Joseph came out and sprayed the whole yard then baited it. Within two days, I didn't see one fire ant! It was so nice to sit outside! Then three weeks later, the little guys started popping up again in the filled-in pool. I called Jeffrey and he came out the same day! He sprayed again and walked around the perimeter of the house to make sure he got them all. He told me to call again if I see anymore show up. (I guess they love the pool area because it's nice and toasty for them.) I love not having to have a contract and I love that he is willing to come out so quickly.”
