“Used them once to eliminate a termite problem. Afterwards there's a $150 warranty to pay each year, and with it you get a free inspection where they'll treat, and will also come out to treat if any termites show up in the year. Even though they're listed as Monday through Friday, apparently Friday's don't actually work. First week I scheduled it I got a call the morning before saying the technician canceled. Second week I didn't get a call but the technician just didn't show up, so I called and they had to reschedule. Third time they call an hour before the scheduled appointment saying the technician is sick and we'll have to reschedule again. I think the technician doesn't like working Fridays. Once this year's warranty is up I'll be using a different company.”
