“When I was first contacted by Crazy Frog Pest Control I wanted to believe that they would do a good job and I wouldn't have to bug-bomb my house. With a new baby there is no way that I want poison inside my house. I was told by the salesman that they would come out, knock down all the webs and hornet nests, and spray the lawn and outside of the home. My wife informed me that the technician they sent was at our house for 10 minutes both times that he came out. Not nearly long enough to knock down everything plus use their treatment. I tried calling the number listed with the payment on my bank account but reached a very strange voicemail and left a message, but nothing was returned. I was finally contacted by them once my card was discontinued and they were looking for a payment. Speaking with the lady on the phone I told her my issues with the service and she informed me that the technician that had been sent to my house twice had been fired. She also told me that the owner will be in contact with me, and I'm still waiting... Now our garage is packed full of spiders and we are starting to find some in the house as well. I'm looking at using a bug bomb in the garage and will likely have to spray the outside of the house myself. Crazy Frog did not live up to their portion of the contract but still want to keep me on the hook for the contract.”

“Colby came and introduced himself to us and explained the service he would do today. He went down into the crawl space looking for critters, then sprayed or dusted. Then came up and sprayed around the areas inside he could get to (around our unpacked boxes) then outside to spray around the outside of the house. He said he would take care of the wasps etc under the eves then apply granules over all the lawn. Colby is a very pleasant young man. Very thorough and timely.
