Since we had just moved into a house that had ants, spiders and TONS of snails I decided it was time to take the plunge. I am very picky when I am paying for a service, but John exceeded all of my expectations. John was on time and professional. He was friendly but I didn't feel like I had to supervise him (if I have to watch someone do their job then what is the point). He showed great attention to detail, even taking the time to knock down the cobwebs hidden on parts of the fence. Since the date of service; aside from two individual ants that I saw on two separate occasions I have not seen any ants, spiders or snails. John has checked in with me since the date of service and I am convinced that he is concerned about my long term satisfaction. You will not be disappointed.”
