“Poor scheduling communication and when issues are brought to their attention, you are told what you want to hear with no follow through. Servicers showed up without notice or confirmation of appointments. Notice not sufficient for people who prefer to be home during service or need time to prepare the area i.e. Move dog/children items. If scheduling becomes an issue, rather thn contactin you to resolve, they cancel you completely and charge a higher fee to return. Bad business practices and communication within the company and between employees and customers.”

“I've lived in Brentwood for about 4 years, but had never contacted Bust-a-bug. Recently I moved a couple of miles down the road to a new construction neighborhood. After a couple of days while unpacking, noticed an infestation of black widows at night around house and on neighbors. It must have been close to midnight that i emailed Bust-A-Bug asking if they could send someone out right away as i have small dogs and a 19-month-old. I'm sure they emailed and called me that morning while i was busy working at home office, yet without confirmation or credit card Randy showed up at my door, confirming i needed help with Black widows and explained the whole process with me. With so many on neighbors house and in neighborhood, he made point to tell me to keep checking. When a couple migrated, they sent someone out right away at no charge to hit again. They did a great job both times and the response and initiative to send someone to help me without confirmation was refreshing. Stephanie always called and left voicemails in addition to receiving emails from company. I will be using them for as long as they are in business.”
