“I cannot get them to cancel my service. I only wanted their service once yet they won't stop automatically scheduling me for service appointments every other month. I do not want their service and have told them numerous times. I have talked to numerous office staff members. The male representative (Brad, I think?) talks over you and gives you a lame sales pitch (think used car salesman) while clearly not listening at all. I spoke to a female rep from the billing department who told me she would cancel any future appointments yet here we are still... It is worse than trying to quit a gym. The service providers who come out to spray are for the most part pretty good. However, due to the headaches they have caused me and wasted time, I would not want their service even if it was free.”
