“The technician who came was awesome! He explained everything that we needed to do to prep for the best possible outcome and also was kind enough to work with our busy schedule. After the initial treatment we noticed a drastic reduction in the amount of pests (bedbugs) that were present. After the 2nd scheduled treatment we haven't noticed a single pest anywhere. He made us feel comfortable with the treatment and I felt like he is a trustworthy person and we had no qualms about leaving him in our home unsupervised. Absolutely great experience! They never did so my husband emailed them again and it ended up being sent from my email address and this is how they handled the situation.
