“Bugaboo stole my friend’s ferret and rehomed her without following Washington state laws of reporting her to a shelter within 48 hours and allowing me my rights to reclaim her within 90 days. They robbed her of her personal property! Canela the ferret was my friend’s emotional support animal as she has health issues, Canela was the one who helped get her through the difficult days. Matt the employee handling this refuses to contact my friend or take responsibility for his own action! There is a lawsuit in place I hope this company goes down who knows how many other pets they have stolen and refused to return!!! My friend has gone to Bugaboo in person and when she explained her rights and the laws they made her leave. Super shady company do not deal with these scammers and PET THIEVES!!!”
