“The guy that treated our home was polite and explained the process, but no clean up afterwards. The front porch and back porch patio furniture was not put back in place. Mud that was splattered on the house and doors wasn't cleaned off. They had to pull up several strips of flooring inside, which I understand. But they never offered to put it back. Just walked away and left a mess. Called the office that same day to speak to someone and have yet to hear back from them. Then he exterminated the inside, if that's what you want to call it. He was supposed to spray baseboards, but instead sprayed in front of the refrigerator and freezer, as in the walkway. Not a thorough extermination.”

“I recently had them come out to treat our house for bugs. The treatment worked, but the customer service is possibly the worst I've ever experienced. When they first came out they charged me for what was supposed to be the first treatment AND the second treatment. I had talked to them on the phone to confirm that the first charged price also included the second treatment and Josh and Nancy both said yes. When the guy came out the next day to do the second treatment (which was ridiculously hard to schedule I might add) he also did not mention anything about payment. A day or two after the second treatment we got a charge of $135.00 on our account! So I called to talk to someone about the charge and after about 5 attempts I finally got ahold of Nancy who told me that she was putting it in the computer and I should get a refund in the next few days and if I didn't then I should call back. So after a few days we didn't get a refund, so I called back. It literally takes you at least 5 times of calling before you can even get someone on the phone! So when she finally answered I told her that we still hadn't gotten the refund and she said that the owner was in the office and that they would put it in right away and that she would call me back to confirm as soon as they put in the refund..... Never received a call back. It's been almost a week since the last time I've talked to anyone. I've tried calling multiple times. The number I have now says that it is no longer a working number. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”
