“Always great customer service from the first phone call to set up an appointment and time of day to the end of the service call. We have the multi-pest program and 3 times a year which works great and covers all of our seasonal concerns - carpenter ants, gypsy moths, and mice. The technicians are on time, friendly, knowledgeable and will address any concerns we have. If we need them to come back in between regular service they will. We have used Braman for many years and have been very happy.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. After we moved into our house 4 years ago, I heard a mouse in a wall and called to have treatments immediately. They were great at first. They sold me on their quarterly service with the promise that anytime we had an issue I could call them and they would return at no additional cost. Two major problems. I asked them to call before they came so they could check the basement for signs of mice. They would come without calling, allegedly spray the exterior for wasps/hornets and then leave a receipt. (The primary reason for hiring them was concerns for mice in the basement and you can’t treat the inside from the outside). Repeated requests to have them call first were ignored. Secondly, I needed them to call me before they came so I could give proper warning to a neighbor with honey bees. The didn’t, they sprayed without warning and killed off quite a few of his bees. After the neighbor talked to them while they were here, they contacted me and suggested I let the neighbor know when they were coming. How can I do that when they don’t let me know?!?! The straw that broke the camels back was this year when I (reluctantly) agreed to another year of service. They treated first on May 30th, then I called them because of hornets nesting near our deck in the beginning of August, then I called again in November. They have since not treated anymore, as they state those were our three quarterly visits. The offer they sold me says three quarterly visits AND any additional treatments recommended. They are claiming their three services which all happened in a six month time frame constitutes our years service and they refuse to honor the last quarterly treatment. FRAUDS!”
