“These guys are wonderful! I've had them come out on a regular basis for two years because originally we had a lot of mice. We are really pretty far out in the mountains from their offices in Redding, and some companies won't come this far without extra fees. The small bill every other month (about $70) was reasonable, but after a year or so I wondered if we still needed them because the mouse problem went away; on the other hand they check for other critters like termites, wasps, etc. as part of the deal. But about two months ago we started hearing an animal or animals in our bathroom wall! One late Saturday night I heard a scrabbling in the ceiling! Putting my ear next to the shower one early morning I was sure I could hear sharp claws scraping. I called Big Time Pest Control and they came out with several guys and inspected both the ceiling and the basement, and set various traps and baits. Then they came up a week later to check things. To my complete suprise they didn't charge me anything for either visit, telling me they do any kind of special treatment for regular customers without extra charge! Very nice and friendly too. He explained everything to be done with good detail including the costs involved, all the work to be done, and the time schedule required to complete the job. We needed to have major repairs under our home. Tony lead the crew and they worked diligently and well together to finish the work in 5 days. “Horrible service! They are a bunch of big time hustlers in my opinion. My cc on file went bad but I paid the past due balance to find out that I had to sign up for an additional year since I missed the past payments. The fact that they were unable to simply finish the initial agreement is simply not right. I would stay far away from this business.”
