“This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in all my years of business. I don't know what type of fake chemicals they are spraying, bc I called them on march 23rd to spray my office, the next week I still saw roaches. I complained for 6 straight weeks and he sent someone out 4 times and still after all this time I saw 4 roaches in my office this morning. I am beyond furious with the service Ive received from this trash of a company. They need to change the sprays they are using because THEY DONT WORK! 6 weeks, and 4 sprays later I AM still seeing roaches, and the owner has the nerve of saying he's only giving me 1/2 a refund. Why should I pay the other half when your product NEVER WORKED! Im in the customer service industry and this is NOT how u treat customers. I deserve a full refund as I now have to hire another company to redo the job this useless company never completed.”
