“Unfortunately, our experience was very poor with this company for the entirety of the two years we were with them. Since my wife largely works from home, she's there to see the work (or lack thereof) that went into each visit. For clarity, we were on a quarterly plan that cost just over $80 per visit and was supposed to include outdoor and indoor coverage. After signing up for this coverage, we were then informed they would not be spraying inside the house because we have children. Understandable, but we were not left with the option to choose or perhaps spray in select areas and there was no price adjustment made to the plan. Most times, our technician was there for about 10 minutes to cover a 3500 sqft sprawling ranch. For scheduling, our technician (Johnny) would call well in advance but then would be very put out when the time he wanted to come didn't always work with my or my wife's schedule. When we did agree to a day/time, on more than one occasion he would show up hours earlier than we had agreed (mid morning for a late afternoon appointment twice) because it was more convenient for his routing. Finally, he just stopped showing up one day. Five months and a lengthy spring filled with lots of bugs later, we realized we hadn't had our last service or been scheduled for our would be current treatment. Upon calling, we discovered we had been dropped as clients without any sort of notice. After asking a couple of questions, we were told we were dropped in December even though the technician was still trying to schedule us in late January. When I asked our technician's supervisor (Danny) why we weren't notified, he said that it's been 5-6 months since they'd seen us and that it was our responsibility to call and ask why that was. Needless to say, things didn't add up, and after a tense exchange our relationship with this service provider is completely over. In fairness, I did give them a second star in this review exclusively because of the individual (Charles) that handles the referring account. We have been told consistently how well he conducts himself and how responsive and cooperative he is. So it is entirely possible that our experience is technician specific. Either way, the poor communication with all levels of this company is enough to make us say good riddance.”
