“I have had Bell pest controll for 5 years. I love the work they do, but because of the hard money times I needed to cancel. The girl in the office talked me into every three months. I thought about it and called back a week later to cancel. She said you have to do it in writing. This is in February 2012. So I type a letter of cancellation and sent it. In May to my surprise I get a bill. I called and I told her I sent you a cancellation letter. She says we never got it. I found my copy and called back she said just because I sent it, it doesn't mean we recieved it. She wouldn't take care of the bill. For $95 it cost them a bad review and no referral from me. NOT GOOD customer satisfaction. I wonder if the owner's ever read these.”
