“Horrible service horrible customer service. Theysend out a great technician on their first time out who goes above and beyond and as your year contract expires they care less and less. It came to a point where I was outside clearing webs myself the day after they claim to have serviced my home. And they still charge you for it. Horrible service. Thomas after informing him of the horrible service comes up with the idea that I should stop service. Great idea Thomas sure I can find a quality pest control company who will actually complete their task. And no worries I will pay for your service even though there is no evidence of work being completed. Leaving a bill at the door does not qualify as a service. Glad I no longer have to deal with them”
