This the second time I have tried to use their service and was unsuccessful. I try to use small, locally owned establishments but this one isn't responsive. “My dad called this company to come out to his rental house. He was told that they would be out Friday or Saturday. Nobody ever came on Friday and my dad called a few times and the calls were not answered or returned. Nobody showed up again on Saturday or answered/returned my dad's calls that day either. Apparently they don't need his business.”
