“Horrible experience would be an understatement... I scheduled an appointment not only did they show up late for the appointment but since they were late I was no longer there at my house because I do have a job. They did the outside ONLY but charged me for the entire thing. Then when I said Ill pay it but was done with there service they said I couldn't cancel it because I signed an agreement. I told them to check on the agreement because I didn't sign anything like that. Come to find out no agreement was signed so they said they would cancel it then.... but only when I told them to check on it. Then when I asked where I could leave a review to tell about there service the response was " They didn't have anything like that". This company knows how to follow up for there money, but not with the CUSTOMER paying for there service.”
