“I was super happy with this company, was with them for a couple of years. Last time they were here the new owner was not as nice as he was when he just worked there (owning the business got to his head). The last owners when we had an issue he would personally come out and be as nice as he could be. Kyle didn't even try calling to work things out or anything. I always call to make my payments even though they have my card on file, and I have never authorized them to charge me without my permission, and that's exactly what he did, even knowing that I was home that day. I waited to make this review giving the benefit of thought, I thought maybe they cared enough about my business that he would contact me, I guess he must be okay with him doing things like this. I used to give great references about this company. Not anymore. There customer service has gone from 5 to ZERO”
