“I canceled services with these guys because there's no communication with the staff. If you need someone to charge you money and spray your yard every 2 months, Go for it. But if you have an issue in the home, don't do it. It's not worth the headache. I called Aaron Pest Control in December of 2014 for a german roach issue. The guy told me it was perfectly fine for me and my 10 month old to stay in the house while and after he sprayed as long as the windows were open. He also said he'd have to come back every 2 weeks until they were gone. After 3 visits, he told me he didn't understand why they weren't gone yet, but he kept returning every 2 weeks. He said he was trying to get his supervisor out to see my home, to make sure he was doing his job correctly and after a few visits of him telling me this the supervisor finally showed up. 2 weeks later was the week of my wedding, which I was having in my home, and the guy who was spraying my home said he'd come by to spray a few days before the wedding. He never showed up. About 2 weeks after the wedding, I called the office to figure out what was going on and they said the would send someone the next week. I called the office the day of ans asked if I needed to pull everything our of my cabinets and they said they'd asked the guy that was coming to spray. The guy called me [this was not the same guy who had previously sprayed] and he asked me a few questions and said that because it was closing in on 4 o clock we'd have to reschedule because he'd need at least an hour to spray and that I would need to empty my cabinets. Why didn't he know why he was coming to spray my home???????? So we rescheduled and that was about the time I found out I was pregnant and when this guy showed up he told me I needed to leave the house for a for hours while the house aired out; I even had to find a place to take my dog. This bugged me a lot because the last guy never said this with me, and I got really concerned about all of the chemicals that were sprayed around my daughter the past 6 months. The first trimester hit me hard, and I was nauseous for a about 2 months after that and having to clean out my cabinets and leave the house with my daughter wasn't a reality so I told the ladies at the office what was going on and I'd call them when the nausea went away. Finally it went away and I set up another appointment to have my home sprayed. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage the weekend before [a little over two weeks ago], so i had my husband call the office to cancel. The guy showed up anyways and we had to turn him away because I was bedridden for a few days. We told them we call when we were ready to have them come again. I got an email a few days ago that someone was gonna come spray my house in two days. There was no time in the email as to when they would be there. [I was never told a time, I had to ask and even then they couldn't give me a specific time]. I replied to the email saying I wanted to cancel services due to lack of communication between the staff, and it was driving me crazy to repeat myself so many times. Someone replied to the email saying my services were canceled, but today I got charged for services. Everyone is super nice, but you can't have good customer service without communication. I've had to tell these people 3 times I went through a miscarriage, and that's not something I like repeating. Oh and over 10 months later I still have roaches. I should have my money back.”
