“I had been in contact with this company to get a quote for pest control services at my house. The gentleman (Tim) provided me with information for monthly services, but that was too expensive and overkill for our needs. Tim and I had a back-and-forth of e-mails hashing out what it was my husband and I were looking for and basically customizing a service plan to meet our needs. I hadn't gotten a new proposal from him, so I e-mailed him asking for an updated proposal so that we had all the details communicated in one central document. A woman named Gina e-mailed me, saying she'd have the proposal sent to me by the end of that day and, sure enough, I had it in my e-mail at 3:46 p.m. I noticed on the proposal that the website listed did not actually go to the company's website, so I pointed that out to her as an FYI, and then I also asked one other simple question: Also, I noticed the website lists the business license number, but no license numbers for certified pest inspectors. I know the site said that your applicators are collectively certified in I think 26 areas? But I was hoping you could provide a but more information about the pest managers. This is, verbatim, the reply I got: Melissa It is apparent to me that you are not genuinely interested in our company doing your work. Each of our technicians our certified by the dept of agriculture whom we in fact perform service at their own location. We are not a good fit for you. We have attempted to provide you with adequate time and information to no avail and our efforts are better invested in those interested in superior pest management. I wish you the best Sent from my iPhone Needless to say AAA Enviro Pest Management will NOT be servicing our home! We were not aware that it was too great a favor to ask for information about the people who will be in and around our home. We would prefer not to deal with a company that seems so easily flustered with a potential customer that is just trying to do their due diligence.”

“The owner Tim is a ripoff guy. He takes dozens of his clients to court making the clients to travel to his town court in Reedsville Pa. which is couple of hours form his service area Most people even not guilty settle with him instead of traveling. I was one of them who decided to travel. The judge ruled against him and in my favor. After the case I find out that the judge, district attorney and even police are fed up with him. The court dockets are full of his lawsuits against clients. He always play just below the border like of crime so the judge or police cannot do any thing. I filed a counter suit for my travel and time for $1000. The judge right away ruled in favor of me. Do not do business with guy.”
