“After looking at the other reviewer who talks about the "side towing business", I laughed! Ha! I think that's why AA Rid-All doesn't need money. My story: I called to set up an appointment with these people a week and a half in advance. The person who answered the phone said he'd call back and confirm the appointment because he was not near the schedule at the moment. Well he never called. Then I received a phone call later in the week from one of AA Rid-All's servicemen asking if he could go ahead and come by my house early. Obviously they scheduled me for the wrong day. Okay no big deal. I told him what my original appointment was and he said that did not seem like a problem but again this (different guy) was not near the schedule. So I asked him how their phone system works. Apparently if someone in the office does not pick up, it rings out to the servicemen. Okay. Whatever. So the man on the phone said he would call me back IF there was a schedule conflict with the original appointment time that I had requested. He never called. So here I am today at home. It's 2:00pm and my appointment was at 11am. No one has called. So it must be they are getting so much money from the kickbacks on their side towing business that they don't need money. I am not impressed at all with all their fumbling. I don't think I could trust this company, ever.”

“Very sad that this company has decided to increase revenue by partnering with Southside Towing to have vehicles seized from its lot in what I believe to be a very deceptive manner. A small sign 12 ft off the ground and 36 ft away from some of the parking spaces is all that lets people know they are at risk for having their vehicle towed after business hours. The unlit sign is barely readable after dark. No notification as you enter the lot or pull into the parking space is available. Unfortunately, we didn't find this "signage" until we returned and thought the car had been stolen. It is certainly a business's right to prohibit parking, but insufficient warning is poor public relations.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Not only do I use AA Rid-All Pest Control for our home, we also use it for our business-EDMONSON NEWS. We have been using them for a very long time (as they have been around for years-- I can certainly see why) and can't complain about one thing. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism, service and knowledge they have to offer. There has never been a problem they couldn't control. Great customer service! Again, I wouldn't use any other company for our pest control--we couldn't be happier with their service!”
