“The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and helpful, but that was the end of any customer service, or service for that matter. Company would not return calls or even send technicians out to do the work. When I called the last time, I was told that I wasn't even in their records. Very unprofessional”

“I don't recommend this company to anyone. I signed a year contract because I had active termites. Initially they were great. They came right out and spot treated then installed the bait stations. They didn't install any on the side of my house because they thought I would be planting something there ( I was doing a reside on my house and pulled shrub up there). So I said tthat's fine, then a week or so I went and looked around my detached garage (50x25 feet) and noticed there wasn't any bait stations around it, and it was on the contract to do so. So I called and I was very understanding of the situation as there is a lot of area to cover around my home. The owner said he didn't know why the technician didn't put them out and maybe he ran out of stations. So they would come oit and fix it. About 2 weeks later they still hadn't came out so I called again and they said they would come out that week ( now i've already paid fort the whole year and they still haven't finished after 3 weeks).They came out and only put 7 stations around it so I called back and I was irritated and I found active termites on my building so I let them know, they said they would spot treat at no charge and tge tech ran out of stations. They finally came out and installed more stations but no treatment as it was suppose to rain which it did. So I walk around my building and there is only 1 station on a 25 foot span (they should be 8 feet apart) and none on side of my house. So left an answer on their answering machine to do so......hopefully they will finish the job....update....did not finish job, so i called and told them to come pull the bait stations up and refund that protion of money since their end of contract was never fullfilled.......I will not renew with them, if they can't do 1 job then how do I know they will ever check the stations. I used this company on a friends suggestion who had his house trenched when it was built. And he pays them every year to do an inspection to do nothing..... bottom line they don't care”
