I was surprised at the inspection. Got a full report, unlike the whole house inspection done before I bought the home. Raccoon, mice and bathing my attic, with the mice wrecking havoc in my home. Home inspectors recieve payment but ate NOT doing a thorough job. Glad Orkin was on top of the issues and were honest in their report. Photos shown to me as well!

Aaron and Todd did an exceptional job identifying many trouble spots inside our attic and exterior roof for squirrels. They sealed up all the areas of concern in our attic, roof and eaves. Brennan was great, super kind it was like having a friend visit. The jury is still out on the Turkish roaches, but so far after a week we've only seen 1 dead and 1 alive. He said it'd take 2 weeks. We didn't know moving to Arizona meant we'd have these gross things, but Brennan let us know everyone really has them here, he also let us know some of the things to do as newbies here. It's worth the money, and it's not expensive. $199 to start then $129 bi monthly and if you see something in between services they come out free

Had a one-time treatment 9/26 for which we were charged $300. I was at the property a week later (10/4-10/11) and there were not only still (alive) spiders, but plenty of other bugs as well. Their treatment did nothing. Tried to call the phone# on their "money-back guarantee" paperwork; "voicemail is full and cantt takes new messages." Nice trick.

They showed up on time, conducted a inspection and showed me the evidence of termites on the property. I then had the tech spray around the property for some general pest control. After this was completed the tech asked me to sign his tablet basically giving permission to treat the property. He briefly explained how much it would cost and that they would need to come back every other month. He then said he would provide me with an estimate for the termites. A couple days later I got the estimate for the termite treatment after calling the office to inquire about it. This is also when I was informed that I was actually on contract for 1 year for pest control. I informed them that was never explained to me, which they responded we are sorry that’s not how we usually do things, when I asked about canceling the contract, they told me I had 72 hours which was stated on the contract I was never provided a copy of or informed of. Anyway so I got the estimate for the termites and was shocked to learn it was $1400-$1600 higher than multiple competitors I had estimates done with. Needless to say I will not be going with this company, once the rest of my general pest control contract is up I will sever ties with this company. The lack of transparency and general feelings of being deceived and taken advantage of are shocking for a company with such a long standing reputation.
