Orkin of Clarksburg provides us with routine preventative pest maintenance. Our regular technician, Aaron, is very thorough and very respective to our specific needs. He is very mindful of our schedules and always is willing to come back if our schedules do not allow him to come inside to spray. They are great to call before their arrival, are not disruptive while they are there, and are willing to return in the event we are not home. We have had no pest problems since using their service.

Orkin is always on time within their window, which is a huge plus. The first Orkin employee who came to Our house was wonderful. He was thorough on interior and exterior and always removed webs and nests around doors, windows etc. He came 3-4 times and each time was great. I just let him do his thing and go. The past 2 technicians I have had, however, have not been great. They sprayed most of exterior, didn’t bother to remove any webs or nests until I pointed a specific one out. Barely sprayed anything indoors, didn’t even check all the traps. I even mentioned about checking in the attic (which is an easy pull door) and he said they don’t do anything up there and didn’t go up. I had to show him exactly where baits and traps were place because he didn’t look much. I just feel the monthly payments are too expensive for the service I’ve received lately.
