I made an appointment with them two weeks in advance. We moved into a trailer that was infested and it was an emergency really needed them to come but I had to wait to get paid so I made an appointment for two weeks later. They never showed up on the day they were supposed to come and I called the Corporate because you have to go through them which is the only number you have. They kept trying to call the local office to find out why they didn’t come they couldn’t get them and finally a technician called me. I actually think it’s his franchise if I was understanding him correctly and told me that they usually get their wires crossed with corporate and he was so sorry for the misunderstanding That this was his first time hearing my name after I had had an appointment for two weeks they did not make sure that he knew he was supposed to come or anything. Then he told me he would get with me the next day after his doctors appointment to set up a time to come out he seemed nice so I was very understanding I waited a whole week before even getting on here to leave a review he never contacted me again. I do not recommend them they are not professional I thought Orkin was a reputable name apparently it’s not here. Do not call them maybe you’ll be blessed to get a good experience but from what I’m reading on here a lot of people I’ve had the same trouble I had.

mmend this company. Technicians are either late or don't show up. Never answer the phone no matter the time of day you call. Once had to call 19+ times for a single call back to be told "oops I forgot to call you back". Made an appointment only for the technician to call me at the time they were supposed to be there asking "am I supposed to treat your house today?" Due to failure of communication. No number provided for the technician so that you can contact them when they are late or don't show. Solution doesn't keep out or kill bugs, especially for the price they charge. If possible I would give them negative stars.
