Very kind and knowledgeable. The guy that came out was extremely professional and did a wonderful job! He noticed we had a child and pets and used products that were safest for them to be around. Not sure of his name - I have horrible memory, but he had a cowboy hat, mustache and was very tall. 10/10. Also Mr. Terry Johnson was extremely helpful to me over the phone getting multiple things sorted out. He was very kind and came out to do a complimentary inspection after i had a rough experience with the 1-800 line.
